Mango Banana Smoothie

- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 1 C frozen mango chunks Substitute: Other frozen fruit
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 C whole milk
- 2 Tbsp. Sunbutter (unsweetened/no sugar added) Substitute: Peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 handful spinach leaves or leafy greens
- 1 handful baby carrots
Instructions
- Throw it all in a blender and blend well.
- Pour into a cup with a straw.
- Listen to some music, open the blinds, and have a good morning!
