Substitute: Other frozen fruit

frozen banana

whole milk

Sunbutter (unsweetened/no sugar added)
Substitute: Peanut butter or almond butter

spinach leaves or leafy greens

baby carrots
Instructions
Throw it all in a blender and blend well.
Pour into a cup with a straw.
Listen to some music, open the blinds, and have a good morning!
