Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through, add 2 tsp. minced garlic and stir in.
In large soup pot, add tortellini, spinach, chicken broth, and tomato soup. Bring to a boil and cook for 7 minutes.
Add the cooked sausage to the soup mixture, stir in 1 C shredded mozzarella and ground black pepper, to taste. Serve, or keep over warm stovetop. ENJOY! Good for 3 days - Cover & refrigerate.
