10-Minute Sausage Tortellini

Processed with VSCO with a6 preset

This meal was made in 10 minutes… Maybe even 9. ๐Ÿ˜‰

A very easy meal that has everything you need in one bowl (fiber, protein, fat), and is filling and delicious. The tortellini provides a quick carbohydrate option, a small amount of tomato soup was used for flavor, but the bulk of the liquid is chicken broth to keep carbohydrates at a more appropriate amount (for most people!) per serving. Frozen spinach provides a cheap load of nutrients. Sausage brings in the protein and fat… Bonus points for using local meat – I was able to purchase Patriot Meat at a farmer’s market. Yum!

My little Kitchen side kick <3 Watching his Momma cook, smelling the food, touching his toes, and looking at his shapes book that had to be propped up on a box of sparkling water. ๐Ÿ˜‰ We end the days very messy, but my heart is full.
